“Pros: Extremely friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Anytime we have an issue they remedy it in less than 48 hours. Building is kept in great shape/clean. The layouts are large for the price and lots of closet space. Cons: The roof has been closed for renovations for over a year :(”
— 150 EAST 44 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Friendly staff, nice roof Cons: Sometimes traffic for the elevators”
— 150 EAST 44 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The building was very well maintained. Water pressure is SOOO GOOD! Triple mirrors in the bathroom. The 1B living rom is quite spacious for the location and price. Get good direct sunlight. Surprisingly very QUIET! Could not hear my neighbors at all from the apartment. The doormen are very nice. I feel welcomed here. Cons: No in-unit laundry for the price. In-building laundry was fine too, pretty clean. Wish there are more amenities, especially for the price. Neighborhood feels very corporate. Grand central can be a bit chaotic to pass through every day. But the buildings nearby are very nice and I do like the view from my apartment. Advice to landlord: Lower the rent”

— 150 EAST 44 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean building, spacious apartments, somewhat updated, maintenance responds to most requests, nice doormen, laundry room is big, really cool roof Cons: Noisy neighbor and management company does nothing, extra charge for the gym, building increased rent but cut staff, not a non-smoking building so cigarette/cigar/weed smoke smell in hallways and rooms”
— 150 EAST 44 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 41E Pros: Very responsive management. Maintenance comes very quickly after reporting an issue in the app, sometimes even immediately. Amazing doormen that learn everyone's names very quickly, and they are very aware of who lives in the building and who does not. The gym and other amenities are great. The street is quieter than I thought it would be living in midtown, and is very quiet on weekends. Cons: Expensive rent. Increased gym fee.”

— 150 EAST 44 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: A++ doormen and handymen, concierge services available, elevators (when they're working!), laundry room onsite. Lots of families and professionals, unbeatable rooftop views of 42nd street and Chrysler building overhead Cons: Elevators occasionally have gone down, even after periods of fixes. Otherwise no major complaints”
— 150 EAST 44 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: I loved at the Metropolis for more than 10 years. Great building, great staff, phenomenal doormen who have been there many years. I had a high apartment and had very little street noise. I did not hear my neighbors. Very large gym with golf simulator. Very convenient for a midtown building. Cons: Occasionally there were issues with elevator service / repair. Not a huge problem. Advice to landlord: No advice.”
