“Unit 1 Pros: Wonderful Superintendent. Nice Neighbors. Cons: The Property Manager is unpleasant, miserable and mean. The Owners exploit their staff and tenants. The owners never even deign to meet the tenants. Advice to landlord: Check on the tenants personally.”
