“Unit 2R Pros: its well connected to the city and subway. The place also has the park right next to it. grocery and plenty of cafes around. Cons: The building is very old. So it has multiple issues. There have been some water clogging issues and mice issues in the past. the owner is responsive when this happens but the building needs some maintainence and remodelling. Advice to landlord: refinishing the building interior.”
