“Pros: The building is fine, neighbors are nice and the area can't be beat Cons: The landlord doesn't care about maintaining the apartments. We've had mice several times and he's literally said it's not his problem. Any time we call him for maintenance, he takes a long time to respond and then does the bare minimum to solve the issue”
