“Unit 3 bedroom Pros: Security, Cleanliness, Friendly, Professional, and private. Cons: Waterbugs, Water pressure, Heat too low., and toilets get clogged too easily. Advice to landlord: Notify tenants when water pipes have to be flushed and there are waterbugs in the garage a lot, please have the exterminator spray the garage.”

“Pros: Nice block, no alternate side parking , sports bar on the corner, bus stops on the corner of the building. Cons: Lazy super does side work for management but when it’s time to do his actual work it doesn’t happen. Packages are stolen everyday we have cameras that he refuses to look at.
