“Pros: Overall, cozy area and nice landlord. Does a great job at fixing anything that is needed. Would recommend. Greenpoint is a great neighborhood, and this is on a nice, clean, and quiet street. Cons: Sometimes the landlord isnt as responsive. Advice to landlord: More communication”

“Pros: Very close to mcgolrick park, nice calm street at the front building. Cons: Back of building faces very busy and noisy street mcguinnes. Landlord doens't take care of property and doesn't care about tenants. Advice to landlord: Take care of the building and tenants.”
