“Pros: Good for what it was, not perfect but we didn’t have any major complaints living there Cons: Management was a nightmare to deal with moving out”

“Pros: My room has amazing lighting, management is always responsive when contacted, right next to the train Cons: I don’t recommend if you are sensitive to sound. Also the rent kept getting raised a ridiculous amount which is why we got pushed out.”

“Unit 18 Pros: The super does his best with what he has but it would be nice if her was more eespinsivenor on site when truly needed.. Cons: It rains inside the building, they only do patch work but never fix the roof. There are loose steps and landlord will not make updates to long term residents apartments withiut rent increase. Advice to landlord: FIX THE ROOF!!!!”

“Pros: None at all. Maybe cheap? Cons: Roach infestation that could not be controlled no matter how clean you kept the apartment. Unresponsive and disrespectful management company “elite management” that essentially stole part of my security deposit. Also water damage and leaking in the walls. Advice to landlord: Invest in better pest control and learn that NY law states that you can’t use the deposit to repaint or normal wear and tear.”
