The building access machine could be upgraded to allow packages to be dropped off even when the no one is in. Advice to landlord: Major renovations to the building and the units.”

“Pros: It was one of the cheapest places to rent in the area. Also, the approval process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced in the city. Cons: This place was always INFESTED with cockroaches everywhere. I spoke to neighbors on every floor and they all had constant issues with pests. There were also several rats in the walls, which you could hear throughout the day and night.”
