“Unit 2B Pros: The building is maintained as best as possible. Always quick responses from super. Very few minimal pest problems (like bugs) and always resolved. Garbage never crazy looking Cons: Not much to complain about, sometimes the lobby could be polished but nothing terrible Advice to landlord: Invest in laundry in building, it’s be worth it.”

“Pros: Incredible neighbors, very quiet Cons: Building manager not very responsive, or responsive in that he will insist your issue is "on his list". Or will claim that because it's a rent-stabilized building, they can't afford to fix. Fixes things cheaply so that they will soon break again. Advice to landlord: It's a beautiful building with wonderful people. Deserves a better building manager.”
