“Unit 3B Pros: Apartment is good in size, excellent location, pet friendly, responsive staff Cons: Building management is impossible to reach, disorganized and unhelpful or non-responsive. Rent increases are disproportionate to any improvements in the units or building. Excessive turnaround times for any repairs that can't be resolved by building handyman. Advice to landlord: Improvements need to be made to building and units before large rent increases are suggested.”

“Unit 2c Pros: Super was really helpful and responsive. Apt itself was really nice. Lovely neighbors. Cons: The restaurant below the building, Asset, decided to hire a DJ and become a club on weekends and occasionally during the week. After multiple complaints with no resolution, I had to move out due to the noise and inability to sleep. Advice to landlord: Respond and address your tenants needs. Hire better property managers.”
