I've experienced a rent increase twice, despite being in a rent-stabilized apartment. Additionally, I submitted a work order in February 2023, and as of January 19, 2024, it remains unresolved. Potential renters, be warned! Think twice before choosing this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!”
