“Unit 17E Pros: Management was incredibly kind and gracious and fixed issues quickly. Cons: Half of the building is north facing and surrounded by other buildings, so it gets less light. Advice to landlord: None!”

“Pros: Very well maintained with nice amenities. All staff are friendly and responsive. We rarely hear much noise from neighbors. Cons: Neighborhood is often a bit noisy — we’ll hear yelling and traffic noise every day. But it’s midtown, so you get used to it. Advice to landlord: N/A”
