— 93 LINDEN STREET · Brooklyn“Unit N2 Pros: The building is new with nice amenities. Well kept. Apartments are spacious and I never had any issues that I needed to call maintenance for. Cons: The grills didn’t work while I was there”
— 93 LINDEN STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: No pests or rodents Cons: Management extremely unresponsive. I had to wait 6 months and bother them continuously to get my security deposit. Very shady MGMT. do NOT recommend”
— 93 LINDEN STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: super is sweet and very responsible, common areas are generally clean, neighbors are mostly friendly Cons: Thefts and break ins, people loitering near building, front door has never been repaired after a break in, packages go missing, Management is not responsive”
— 93 LINDEN STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Beautiful new building, has definite pros for living in NYC, but don’t be fooled. Would be a great place to live if you’re in your early 20s. Cons: I was one of the first tenants to move in and the management never had their act together from the beginning. I tried to give them grace because it was Covid times, etc, but they clearly are just letting the beauty of a brand new luxury building in NYC bring in gentrifying tenants and not bothering with anything else. Gym is never cleaned, laundry room is always gross, landlords only answer if they need something from you. The hallways/elevator don’t have heat or AC and the walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear every conversation your roommate/neighbors have. Areas of the building still aren’t finished and it’s almost been a year. Elevator is broken more than it works, same with the key fob system. Edit: The building is under new management but they don’t reply to any emails either, I had to go through the broker who was showing our place to get any help, nothing from actual management. And then had to submit a claim to small claims court to get my security deposit back. Don’t live here! Advice to landlord: Don’t take 8 months to answer an email. Do your damn job.”
— 93 LINDEN STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Overall, building is kept up really well. I never see garbage lying around, has a nice smell in the hallways. Cellar area with laundry, gym, lounge rooms are also kept tidy and clean. Really impressed with how they decorated the roof for summer, lots of seating and definitely a welcoming environment, that I can’t wait to use! Cons: Management gave the worst first impression, lots of miscommunication and we were being blamed for things before we even were able to get in/receive keys. Frustrating policy that tenants aren’t allowed to contact super for any support, everything must go through the management office. Not really sure the point of having an on site super, if we can’t ask for help with things in building/in our apartments. Advice to landlord: Don’t be rude to tenants.”
