“Unit 1C Pros: I've lived here for about 3 years now. No complaints. Location is prime. Owner and super are responsible to issues. Quiet building, good friendly neighbors, trash doesn't pile up and is tended to quickly. No issues with pests. Cons: Old building, had an issue with leaking in the bathroom from upstairs neighbor, but it was resolved quickly. Advice to landlord: Would be nice to switch to electric payments.”
