“Pros: - location is great - management is responsive but late Cons: - a lot of noise from the restaurant downstairs - inside of the building is really dirty - management is not fast to resolve issues - i had rat and bug problems, they've sent exterminator but I had to wait a lot”

“Unit Basement Pros: It’s in Bed-Stuy? Cons: Rat droppings everywhere, garden is basically unuasable due to rodents, basement leaked every time it rained and it has zero natural light. Even after flooding our apartment, they refused to return our security deposit. Advice to landlord: Fix your property issues and respond to tenant complaints”
