“Pros: Well maintained renovated apartments, close to transportation, restaurants, other local amenities. Good respectful neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Owner supportive of long term tenants. Cons: Rent is average for this neighborhood (which means high, lol). There are similar places for slightly less (a few hundred) in the neighborhood. Advice to landlord: Work with your good tenants during the pandemic. A temporary slight break in rent goes a long way to building loyalty during these painful times.”
