“Unit 7E Pros: The other tenants and doormen/elevator men are absolutely lovely. Cons: This building was amazing until it sold to TriHill management. The managing company is horrific. I had a roach problem and they were completely unresponsive. They turned the heat off in the winter and are constantly looking for ways to cut cost and screw over residents. Advice to landlord: Stop trying to gouge renters and just be humans.”

— 143 WEST 96 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 6c Pros: Location was great. Doormen we’re nice and helpful. Pro pet and lots of pets in building Pet friendly neighbors Cons: Doormen could be very rude and disrespectful. Management was non responsive to complaints about noise when renovating apartments No mail boxes for tenants (delivered by doormen) Bike storage is terrible No permanent doormen at entrance bc of old fashioned elevator needing to be handled by doormen. Unique but annoying bc you had to wait for doormen. Advice to landlord: Investing in modern elevators would made a world of difference for tenants and doormen.”
