“Pros: Good location of building Cons: Very very difficult to get your security deposit back - it’s a cat and mouse game. Also dorsn’t allow you to get pckages mailed to the aprtment and is not responsive with hetting issues fixed quickly. Advice to landlord: Have some compassion”
