“Pros: Lived in this building 10 years ago, left and returned 2 years ago. Friendly staff and superintendent. Laundry in building (recently updated to a cashless system). CCTV was installed. Cons: Low water pressure, slow elevator. Advice to landlord: Like the recent upgrades. The elevators need work though.”
