“Unit 2r Pros: The trains are close Cons: The building was nice on my first impression, when I moved in I started having issues with hot water, then I had issues with mold. When I contacted the landlord he wouldn't answer calls at first, then he started getting aggressive. He even insulted me for no reason, allegedly I was harassing him but all I wanted was a warm shower. With a rent costing you $2,000 a month you should be able to take a warm shower, no? Advice to landlord: Take a step back and reflect on your own personal problems”

“Unit R Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Roaches and mice, the landlord was unresponsive to the issue. I started living with a friend and will be moving out shortly Advice to landlord: Take care of your property”

“Unit 1l Pros: Not much aside from the train station being close, the neighborhood is nice Cons: The building isn't really in a great state to begin with, on the outside and at first glance it's nice. The landlord is a psychopath, he threatened to beat me with a bat and stalked me at my workplace and claimed he had his bat in his car. I moved out whenever I was able to, he called me a b*** several times too. All that because I was late on rent, there are legal ways to collect rent money, sir. No need to threaten people Advice to landlord: The owner needs to get off of cocaine and go to rehab”

“Pros: Neighborhood and close to train Cons: State of the building is low-key terrible, I had mold in my apartment. The landlord isn't responsive, he will become agressive and is visibly on some type of drug. I have certainly seen and heard him threaten other tenants with a bat he claimed to have in his truck. Don't come living here Advice to landlord: Don't take your frustrations out on your tenants”
