“Pros: It’s a nice apartment with big windows. I had no problems. The doorman on the weekends are so sweet Cons: There are 2 doorman. One is so sweet (the weekend, young guy). The other doorman (middle aged guy) is not so much. I was asking for a smoking area because I know that it’s a smoke free apartment and he made me uncomfortable and implied that if I smoke I’ll get a bad review. Kinda threatening. I don’t wanna smoke in the apartment or break rules, that’s why I’m asking him but he was not helpful at all.”

“Pros: The apartment was clean, furnished, good water pressure, has a balcony. Cons: The refrigerator and heater were sometimes loud.”

“Pros: The view is spectacular! Lots of sunlight Cons: There is really no fan in the bathroom so when you take a hot shower it feels like your suffocating. I started to leve the bathroom door wise open when taking a shower just to breath properly. Cleaners only come once every two weeks (when the standered is once a week) They also only provide a tiny trash can under the kitchen sink that is somehow supposed to last an entire 2 weeks”

“Pros: -fully furnished - very spacious, has many closets Cons: - no in unit laundry but not a big deal”

“Pros: Love Ravi and the front door staff - incredibly friendly, and will deliver packages and provide any assistance at any time Cons: The street traffic can be pretty heavy and loud”

“Pros: It has everything you need for long term stays Cons: On a loud street but back facing apartments are very quiet”
