— 363 WEST 30 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Elevator, Gym, Rooftop and Courtyard, Live in Super. Appts facing 30th St are quiet. Cons: Location. Not a lot going on in the area.”
— 363 WEST 30 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The supers were always responsive and fixed any issues that came up (there were a couple different supers when we lived there, bit of turnover in that department). Elevator never broke in the two years living there. Great location if you need to go to Penn Station a lot. Cons: Construction right outside the building (going on 3+ years), not to mention just regular 9th Avenue noise, so make sure to get a unit in the back. While the building super and Porter are great, the management company isn’t. Very slow to respond and seem disorganized Advice to landlord: Accept Zelle or another form of online payment without a transaction fee.”
— 363 WEST 30 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Bigger apartments, strong water pressure, endless hot water Cons: The window A/C units aren’t great and can be extremely noisy. Requested one to be replaced and was never done. Advice to landlord: Upgrade A/C units”
