“Unit 2FF Pros: Good natural light, safe neighborhood, good space Cons: some cockroaches, unable to control the heat, landlord is kind but lives far and isn’t proactive”

“Pros: Close to subway Cons: Neighbors are a nightmare. Ongoing roach problem. Domestic violence, criminal activity. Landlord and police do nothing. Advice to landlord: He wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say anyway. Racist and misogynistic.”
