“Unit 2k Pros: Generally good clean quiet building and felt safe. Cons: My unit had no natural light as windows looked into tiny alley. Also takes awhile for repairs to be done when asked for. Advice to landlord: For units not renstablized should be more consistent with rent increases they were all over the place.”
— 25-50 30 ROAD · Queens“Unit 2i Pros: Neighbors are nice and welcoming. Cons: When I moved in they didn't bother to clean it. There was no smoke or Co2 alarm in the unit. The bathroom has mold and the faucets leak. Plus there's falling concrete in the bathroom. When I put in a request, it was ignored. Often there was no hot water and we'd have to wait a few days for it to be fixed. My unit has roaches and I've heard other tenants mention mice and rats. I am in the process of moving out and have been harassed by the landlord. She is a liar and do not believe anything she tells you. Get everything in writing.”

Cons: Landlord impossible to get in touch with Super rude and rarely finished a job Hallways/stairs/entryway often dirty Packages were stolen a lot Laundry machines old and ruined some clothes Advice to landlord: Be more involved”

Even for new people, the existing tenants were welcoming. For the most part the building is quiet. Cons: Our apartment needs a lot of renovations but I’m not sure if we can ask for them. It’s not clear to me how can make this happen.”

Water pressure is low, and hot water is not hot enough most of the time. Washer and dryers are outdated. Once anything gets broken, it’s never get fixed. Buzzer has not been working for so long now. Fire distinguishers are expired in 2010. Hazardous paints. Advice to landlord: Make sure super cleans the building well. Please fix everything needs to be fixed. Fix hot water and water pressure. And fix buzzer.”
