“Unit 1 Pros: Cheap rent, building is clean, building is sprayed for pests regularly, responsive enough management Cons: Management could sometimes be slow on issues such as broken appliances but eventually things get fixed.”

“Unit 1 Pros: I love my little apartment. It’s adorable and has everything I need albeit small. Cons: The management company is made up of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. They will make you do all the work to get even the simplest things in the building done (like pest control.. cough cough mice. I had to hire my own exterminator to get rid of the mice because the building left so many holes.) the super is very nice but he doesn’t live there and needs access to the building. I worry about the security too as we’re right outside a bus stop and for a long time the lock wasn’t working well. It’s better now but I still question how secure it is. Advice to landlord: Please listen to your tenants and take better care of the building.”

“Unit Unit 1 Pros: Amazing location during the day Tons of Space Cons: This unit is located right above the Good Room, an insane nightclub, the whole unit shakes at night until about 4 am when it closes. and is subject to tons of rowdy street noise afterwards until 6 am. There is no natural light in living area and it is completely dark during the day.”

“Unit #1 Pros: the location is close to everything (grocery, pharmacy,train, park and food) Cons: my radiator exploded several times with boiling hot water, and no one came to fix it and it almost destroyed my belongings and burnt my two cats. Advice to landlord: Be competent and actually care for your tenanats.”
