Management will sometimes pay for exterminators, but not more than once. The west side staircase is unsafe with constant leaks. The rat infestation is mostly under control though a couple on this side of the building is living with them in the apartment and management refuses to intervene. Neighbors on the east side of the building report better conditions but not worth the risk of it spreading. Elevator is dangerously in need of repairs.”
