“Pros: Location, location, location. The management team is very hands-off, and you can really make your apartment as unique as you please. Cons: The management team is very hands-off and the super is basically non existent. In such an incredible location, the building could be impressive if the team showed any pride in owning and operating it. Advice to landlord: Band-aid fixes to problems don’t solve them.”

“Unit 13 Pros: Loved the location and closet space. Cons: I got used to walking up and down the stairs and no laundry in the building. Advice to landlord: I think the property owner has changed. I wish the street-level door was still that lovely blue color. Paint it blue again!”

“Pros: Newly renovated Responsive property manager Very reasonable during covid Cons: Windows aren’t the most insulated so our bill for central heat is pretty high... but we also get great light! Advice to landlord: Good experience overall”
