“Pros: The Super, double door security, high ceilings, windows Cons: Garbage situation is not handled well, lack of security (need more cameras), lack of circulation of air, door to door communication is broken, neighbors not too friendly Advice to landlord: Be more conscientious of security cameras, fix door to door communication and situate garbage cans in a more clean and effective environment.”
