“Pros: Unbelievably responsive. Great location (can be noisy from pedestrian traffic but that is what you are signing up for). Really great experience overall. Cons: Expensive but to be expected considering the location. I would have liked a better situation with the trash area (like building an enclosure vs exposed cans).”
