“Pros: Management is generally responsive and is willing to work with you. Cons: Entryway, stairs, and common hallways could use some updates.”

“Pros: - it is very convenient. It is close to W4 all the restaurants and coffee shop. You can easily run on the west side piers - the street itself is quiet despite in WV - relatively cheap for WV Cons: - 1st floor unit faces the trash cans - no doorman so I lost a couple packages - the bathroom is extremely small”

“Unit 3C Pros: Perfect location on a quiet street in the middle of a bustling area with tons of character. Assistant Super was great — responsive and just a nice guy. New finishes on the apartment. Security camera in the entryway. Cons: Super was a smoker and the building often smelled like cigarettes. Semi-frequent pests (cockroaches, flies) and little bugs in the shower. Package theft. It’s not rent stabilized and rent increases were steep.”

“Unit 3C Pros: Assistant super was friendly and very responsive. Overall great place to live. Cons: The live-in super was not responsive and a chain smoker. tenants were constantly writing in about the smoke stinking up their apartments. Bugs and pests were an issue but the assistant super was good about addressing”

“Unit 4C Pros: Rent barely went up every year, neighbors mind their own business, and in 5 years we had 2 mice which were dealt with swiftly. Supers were always helpful when they could be although at times they took a while to get ahold of. Management is very responsive over email. Cons: No washer or dryer, no dishwasher in unit. The best amenity is the location but otherwise the building is very cut and dry.”
