“Unit 3D Pros: On CPW. Fast access to the B/C lines. Cons: Far-ish walk to any groceries. Close proximity to the projects. Sometimes rats in trash area out front. Took a long time to get my deposit back after move-out.”

“Pros: - right next to the park and a convenient subway stop/line - quiet, friendly neighbors/very safe atmosphere - great maintenance people Cons: - bug problems, pest control comes by once a month but late in the evening when it's not convenient - sometime unresponsive to emails/calls, the office doesn't open til 9 so you have to wait til then to get a response”

“Pros: You literally can not hear ANYTHING from other apartments which is incredible. The floors are new, new paint, newish appliances - overall a clean building in a decent area. Cons: Certain units in building are not well lived in - renters faults not landlords.”
