“Pros: Cute little apartments, management is responsive and nice. Cons: We’ve had mice a few times and the building dealt with it quickly but was tough. Laundry in basement often eats quarters and breaks down. Front door has issues sometimes. Advice to landlord: Just work on preventing mice”
