“Pros: Pay your rent right to the owner next door Cons: Owner said they were going to close the apartment for renovations and relisted it back on the market without changing at a way higher rate. This was back in 2016, nothing to do with covid. Also tried to take our security deposit for made up reasons and I had to pretend I had a lawyer and convince her for it back Advice to landlord: Don't lie .”
