“Pros: Maintenance was responsive and great- we had a baby roach issue that got resolved with my Advion gel bait (I already had) and the maintenance coming in and caulking gaps. Unclogged sink and tub for free. No other pest issues while I was here. Elevator and laundry were great. Neighbors inside building were few and quiet! Cons: Far from subway and area is fairly dirty, sometimes loud at night. Walking home late at night wasn't bad but scary as a single woman in her 20s. Advice to landlord: The building itself is fine, I don't think the owner can do anything about the surrounding location haha”

“Pros: living there was fine Cons: upon moving out, AEH Realty withheld my security deposit AND tried to charge for random repairs. I took them to small claims court and won. Still trying to collect my judgment from them, almost two years after moving out and 6 months after winning my case. Advice to landlord: AVOID RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“Pros: i love how much space there is, and having a dishwasher and two balconies is really nice! Cons: i dont love that there is no storage space (no internal closets) and the bedroom closets are small. maintenance sometimes takes a while to respond.”
