“Pros: big sized apartment Cons: bldg is infiltrated with rats and roaches. There is no actual super in the bldg. No garbage management. No hot water or heat when needed, multiple fines, Advice to landlord: Get someone who actually knows what they are doing, John Sismanoglou would be disappointed. You run a shelter.”
