When I lived there there was a woman who would harass and sometimes assault people on the street and an ambulance would take her away eventually but she was SO LOUD along with lots of loiterers on this buildings doorstep playing music and drinking.”

You're gonna see the rats in front of the building but never inside of the building. Cons: Package often got stolen. The noise level on the street was quite stressful. The heating system during twinter operated so randomly and wasn't able to solve it with the management either.”
