“Unit 1 Pros: good bones, southern exposure corner lot redeveloped area Cons: mafia owned, purchased fraudulently, wife of owner killed by associates of owner, owner lives with wifes sister and married to a 3rd woman in Waterbury. Owner makes his wifes sister pay high rent, even though he owns 4 properties minimum. Advice to landlord: give her son his money and turn himself in reguarding Nancy”
