“Unit 4L Pros: Rooftop access. That’s it. Cons: Infested with pests monthly. This is a very old building full of garbage so once the neighbors vibrate their building with club speakers, they spread through out the water system and walls. So try not being allergic or afraid of giant cockroaches and small mice. Get a cat! Advice to landlord: Hire your own exterminator:)”

“Pros: Big living room and separate kitchen with lots of light. Very cheap. Cons: Mould growing, place needs completely redecorating and new appliances, tiles coming up.”
