“Pros: Building management does respond and do their best to fix things quickly it seems like sometimes they get stopped though. The apartments are huge and the location is great close to subways and in a populated area. Cons: Nothing it’s good Advice to landlord: Please use a soap and not water when mopping the hallway it ends up smelling like just dirty water”

Cons: Ownership has a serious infestation problem and will not do anything to fix it. We're talking like 20+ roaches a day. Babies roaches, adult roaches. It's disgusting. Advice to landlord: Fumigate”

We would see around 15+ roaches a day and ended up moving because of it. Advice to landlord: Extermination in the apartment is not enough. Get the source of the infestation in the basement.”

Most of the residents are young professionals who have common sense. Street noise level is different by units.(Rear is quiet) Cons: Some of the units are recently renovated but it’s a prewar apartment so the structure of the building is old like other pre war bldgs in NYC. Floors are a little slanted and windows are hard to lift but it might be depending on the unit.”
