“Unit 4C Pros: Location is excellent- plenty of places to escape the terrible conditions in your apartment. Cons: THERE WAS NO HEAT ALL WINTER AND MANAGEMENT DID NOT FIX IT! I never saw pest control come by which I found odd. Units are tiny (even by NYC standards) and overpriced. There's a reason why there's high tenant turnover. Advice to landlord: If it's 10 degrees outside and there's no heat and it's 55 degrees in the apartment fix it ASAP. Do the job you're paid to do.”
