“Unit 4 Pros: The building is a beautiful historic brownstone and the neighborhood and neighbors are lovely. It’s spacious and has a lot of natural light. Cons: The management was very negligent and the building was not kept/maintained well. We had a lot of problems constantly (e.g., no heat, no hot water, termites, mice, roaches) and it was like pulling teeth to get them resolved. Many issues remained neglected. Advice to landlord: Get the building inspected, hire professionals, and streamline communication. Exterminate regularly and follow nyc Hpd Laws.”
