“Unit 5A Pros: In unit washer/dryer and washing machine Good natural light Cons: The property manager - Jeff Saliba - is awful and worth not moving in to the building for. The apartments are tiny and advertised as a two bedroom so they can bump up the price but it's not accurate. Things break a lot and Jeff is never there to fix any of it. The only nice person is the EBMG representative Advice to landlord: Fire Jeff Saliba and have a cleaning service for the stairs.”
