“Pros: 24 hour door man, keep packages for you, the apts are like sound proof booths - I never heard my neighbors or outside noise Cons: You pay for amenities you don’t have access to. There was a rooftop + gym listed online but when I moved in they said it * burned down * in 2020 and they never got around to fixing it in the year I lived there.”
