“Pros: Good natural light in the bedrooms Cons: The apartment had a fire that deemed our unit unlivable and literally no one from management ever even showed up one time afterwards. Even before that nightmare experience, the rats used to literally run across the stoop every night, there is zero garbage management (one bin outside and no recycling!) so black bags just piled up all week on the sidewalk, broke open, and spilled everywhere. Giant cockroaches every summer. I hate these people. Advice to landlord: Start giving a shit”

“Pros: Newly renovated, in unit washer and dryer, dish washer, backyard/patio area, close to the subway Cons: Would regularly flood, could hear rats in the walls, lots of silverfish due to flooding”

“Pros: Big, private bathrooms, outdoor space, light, great subway location Cons: You can hear the train from the apt (didnt bother me) Advice to landlord: Great job on the apt is one of a kind”
