“Pros: In good location Cons: Maintenance requests are delayed or ignored. Issues are often claimed to be “fixed” when they aren’t. Walls in this building are extremely thin - you can hear everything. Heat is weak in winter and landlord doesn't fix it or maintain radiators. No heat in the hallways. Oh there's roaches too. Advice to landlord: Start maintaining your building.”

“Pros: Heat was strong in winter. On a nice street with shops close. Cons: Walls are extremely thin. If you ask the Landlord to fix anything, she will get defensive and argue. No Super. Roaches in the summer. Advice to landlord: Just fix things that are broken without pushback. Add insulation btwn apartments...seriously you could hear neighbors brushing their teeth.”

“Pros: Its in a great spot, its right off the busy street but close enough to the shops. there are so many amenities within walking distance such as laundromat, grocery (lots of groceries). On fridays there's a pizza party right across the building Cons: The walls are kind of thin so you can occasionally hear a neighbour stomping around or moving furniture. The studio i'm in is always cold and gets v minimal sunlight. As a homebody it can get a little much and feel like a prison Advice to landlord: Keep it up”
