“Unit 2C Pros: Close to train Cons: Pretty sure this building is the reason I got cancer. The Building was old and not updated. there was constantly a leak in the bathroom from the apartment above that they never fixed and just kept covering with new sheet rock. The ceiling caved in multiple times and took months for them to properly fix it! They never treated for mold or properly cleaned the ceiling from the leak. The landlord is a slumlord who tried to scam me out of my security deposit when I moved out by writing me a bad check! Advice to landlord: Be a better landlord, get a legitimate super in the building. Actually hire professionals to PROPERLY fix the repairs that are so desperately needed in the building.”
