“Pros: It’s a great place to live if you’re simple. Grocery store directly next door, same as subway, in unit washer dryer, no problems with heat/air or hot water. Never had any pests, we also have a cat. Cons: Management is very unhelpful and unresponsive if something breaks which happens ALOT”

“Pros: Everything is new and clean, windows are large, balconies are great, apartments are very spacious Cons: Doors/walls are pretty thin”
