“Pros: Deals with trash on a regular basis Nice landlord Close to a lot of places in Astoria Monthly exterminator for maintenance Friendly neighbors Cons: Hallway/stairwell/common area not lit well Needs new entry stairs Floors need to be redone Front building door needs to be fixed Advice to landlord: Maybe paint the hallways/stairwell a lighter color. It’s very dark.”
