“Unit 4a Pros: had no issues with neighbors, paid a good price, convenient location. liked that we had an elevator and stairs. Cons: the super changed his number and didn't tell me, so when i got locked out i had no way of contacting him. had a few roaches when i moved in but nothing crazy since i kept the apartment clean. my electricity bill was absolutely ridiculous in this area compared to living in other areas.”
