“Unit 6 Pros: Building looks good on the outside & the apartment is spacey. Cons: Alot of Roaches & mice, cold, Landlord Irene torres does not like to fix anything & when she does it's a cheap, quick fix when she does decide to fix anything. I have no oven for about 6 months & she left me & my family without a fridge for 11 months. Threatens & harassed me with her Psychotic son. 2 peas in a pot of hell. Worst of all she has me & my family Trapped tried to evict me but won't sign my section 8 form so I can move. Because her vision is to see in my family in a shelter. I need a break down letter like the judge appointed her to do & still find myself in a never ending cycle of landlord harassment & sexual harassment by her son. She's even physically attack me. Advice to landlord: Be a landlord stop lying trying to control peoples lives, get therapy & prey.”
